School Counseling Program Consent Form

Hey GES Parents!

I hope your summer transition into the new school year has been great! Inside your student's Eagle folder, you should have found a "School Counseling Program Informed Consent" form. Please read, sign, and return the last sheet to your child's homeroom teacher as soon as possible. New laws have been put into place that require the school to have a form from every student whether you consent or deny consent.
